Pro includes reasonable remote support time for maintenance and common fixes (fair use). Anything unusually large or one-time project work may be quoted separately.
Can I mix plans?
Yes. You can mix Basic + Pro devices on the same account depending on how critical each device is.
What devices are supported?
Common home and small-business devices (laptops, desktops, and typical workstations). If you have something unusual, email us and we’ll confirm.
Is support 24/7?
Monitoring and alerting run 24/7. Support responses are handled during business days unless you’ve arranged an after-hours agreement.
Do you access my files?
We only access what’s needed to do the work you request. The goal is maintenance and early detection — not viewing personal files.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel monthly service. We’ll remove the agent and you keep your devices; service benefits stop at the end of the billing period.
